11. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
12. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price ruling at the time of delivery will be applicable.
13. Full payment must be made before delivery. Delivery will be done on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
14. Interest @ 18% per annum will be charged on any bill/invoice amount remaining unpaid from the date of the invoice.
15. Standard accessories will be provided as supplied by the manufacturer.
16. Warranty and services will be provided as per the manufacturer’s norms.
